December 20th 2024 we are gonna experience the trine between Venus and Jupiter. This is one of the best days to make a wish for it to come true. It is even better to set your wish as an intention and to do a special practice. That is why I changed my plans and made myself available on this day to lead a Clarity Breathwork workshop “Ready for the New Year”. Last few years have been very challenging for all of us. Let’s DREAM OUR DREAMS for 2025 AND BREATH LIFE INTO THEM to make a positive shifts in our realities.
In this in-person event, you will have the opportunity to explore the power of breathwork in a supportive and nurturing environment. You will be guided through the process designed to help you release stress, heal trauma, alkalize the body, increase clarity, and promote self-discovery.
